Lake Geneva-based company is the only Wisconsin business named to AirDNA’s 2026 national Top 100

LAKE GENEVA, Wis. – Geneva Lakes Vacations (GLV) has been ranked No. 44 out of the 582 vacation rental management companies ranked in the United States in AirDNA’s 2026 rankings, making it the only Wisconsin company to earn a place in the national Top 100.
AirDNA, a leading provider of short-term rental data and analytics, based its national rankings on actual guest ratings across the properties managed by each company. The analysis included reviews from Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com, with ratings weighted across each company’s portfolio.
Unlike awards that require an application or nomination, GLV’s recognition resulted directly from the experiences reported by its guests.
“This recognition is particularly meaningful because it validates the values on which we have built this company,” said Tom Keefe, co-owner of Geneva Lakes Vacations. “For generations, Keefe Real Estate was an important part of Lake Geneva and the surrounding communities. Although that company is gone, the values behind it never left. Our commitment to integrity, excellence, entrepreneurship and community continues through GLV, which is proudly a Keefe Company.” Keefe said the national ranking represents an important milestone for the new company and the people building it.
“GLV has its own identity and its own future, but it was created with the same belief that a locally owned company can make a meaningful impact by setting an exceptionally high standard,” Keefe said. “To see this company rise from Lake Geneva and be recognized among the best in the country is something I am incredibly proud of. It demonstrates that we are building another significant local company, and we are only getting started.”
Based in Lake Geneva, GLV has grown to manage more than 130 vacation homes throughout greater Walworth County. The locally owned company employs a team of 10 people who provide guest services, reservations, property care, revenue management and homeowner support.
Samantha Strenger, co-owner of Geneva Lakes Vacations, said the recognition reflects the commitment of the entire GLV team. “Exceptional customer service is not the responsibility of one person or one department at GLV. It is how our entire team approaches every guest, every homeowner and every property,” Strenger said. “From preparing a home for arrival to answering a late-night call or solving an unexpected problem, there are countless moments behind every successful stay.” Strenger said the ranking belongs to the employees whose daily work shaped the experiences reflected in GLV’s guest ratings. “This recognition was earned one stay and one interaction at a time,” Strenger said. “Our team cares deeply about the people we serve and takes personal responsibility for creating a great experience. Being ranked No. 44 in the country is an extraordinary accomplishment for a team of 10 people, and every member of that team helped make it happen.”
In addition to recognizing its employees, GLV credited the homeowners who have entrusted the company with their properties and the guests whose feedback formed the basis of the national ranking. “This is a shared achievement,” Keefe said. “Our homeowners gave us the opportunity to build this company, our guests held us to a high standard, and our team delivered. We are grateful to all of them.”
