Lost & Found Policy

We understand that in the excitement of vacation, things can sometimes get left behind. If we are able to locate the item, here’s how we handle lost and found items to help reunite guests with their belongings:

How Long We Keep Items

We hold onto lost items for 30 days. After that, anything unclaimed will be donated or discarded.

If You Think You Left Something Behind

Please contact our office as soon as possible with:

Your name

Reservation Number

The property you stayed at and when you checked out

A detailed description of the item

If it’s something valuable (like jewelry, electronics, or a wallet), we’ll do our best to send someone out to look for it.

For non-valuable items, our team will check our Lost & Found inventory or connect with housekeeping during their weekly visit to see if the item has been found.

Valuables We Do Keep Securely

Valuables are tagged with the property name and date found, then safely stored in our secure office dropbox. If we locate your item, we’ll arrange for it to be mailed back or picked up.

Everyday Items

Things like clothing or other personal items are also tagged and stored. Housekeeping checks the Lost & Found bin weekly, and if your item is found, we’ll gladly mail it to you—just cover the shipping cost.

Please note: Items like single socks or undergarments are not retained unless requested.
