Laid out practically, the master suite can be found on the primary level with easy access to the shared full bathroom. Just up the stairs, an open loft area (twin/full bunk, pull-out twin trundle) is a great spot for a few child OR adult bunk mates and features an extra-convenient half bath. *Abbey Springs charges daily guest passes to use amenities. The pass prices are based on length of stay as well as max occupancy and are included in the fees section of the total reservation cost.

*The Abbey Springs HOA will no longer grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of the rental unit. This condo rental will include amenity passes for 6 guests.

*Golf cart is available Memorial Day-Labor Day.

*On-site unit parking available for a maximum of 2 vehicles.
