Super Summer friendly features include a private beach, pier, boat lift and pool!   The home has a lower-level utility room outfitted with shower facilities for sandy feet and wet swimsuits.   
*Pool is available Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
Pool temp will be set at 75, please inquire 28 hours before arrival if you would like it raised for additional charge.
