The master bedroom has an attached bathroom that is beautifully remodeled with comfortable amenities. This condo is located adjacent to the association pool and a very short walk to the Fontana lakefront where you can enjoy swimming in the lake to eating dinner at multiple restaurant options.

*Please note that the Abbey Villas are not part of the Abbey Resort, therefore do not have access to those amenities.

**ONGOING: The community pool and surrounding outdoor areas are currently undergoing heavy construction, including on weekends. As a result, there may be significant noise during the day, and outdoor spaces near the condo may be impacted.**
