HOUSE RULES
No parties/events
No smoking of any kind...Any evidence of smoking (IE: smoke damage inside, butts left outside, etc.) will incur a fine and/or an extra cleaning fee.
Indoor furniture is not permitted outdoors. Any indoor/outdoor furniture that is moved needs to be put back to where it was at check-in.
No walking on the Golf Course - the Country Club issues fines for breaking this rule which will be the primary renter's responsibility.
