Geneva Lakes Vacations Office Information: The physical offices at this time are closed however all of the Geneva Lakes Vacations staff are still available to answer questions and assist with your vacation planning needs.

Booking Policies
New Reservations:
May 1st – Future: We are still accepting reservations for all future bookings, please call a vacation planner today to get assistance in planning your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations Beginning after May 1st: We ask that you wait until making any decisions on your upcoming plans so we may deal with guests that have the most immediate needs. As more information becomes available, we will update our communications accordingly. Guest who have special needs or concerns should reach out to us with questions. Our hope is that we will be able to host you soon!

Professional Cleaning & Linens
All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized, we have implemented additional sanitizing steps for high multiple high touch surfaces. We will continue to work diligently to make sure that all of our properties are cleaned to the highest standard
All of the linens (bed linens, towels) are commercially laundered in commercial-grade equipment. We do not use any residential grade equipment to clean and dry our linens.
