A cozy seating area, flowing into a dining space, and later a fully-equipped chef's kitchen, create the ideal atmosphere for entertaining and congregating. A fan favorite, the intimate "reading room", offers a sanctuary for diving into your favorite book or conversing over a cocktail.
Off the kitchen, a spacious and beautifully furnished deck overlooks a shady outdoor oasis with manicured landscaping. Enjoying a glass of wine while grilling on the deck is one of the best summer rituals. Entering through the arbor, the center yard is perfect for playing bags and other outdoor games. The covered front porch makes for a great place to "people watch", relax, and soak in the lake breeze as you sit on the spacious bench swing and take in the hydrangeas and other flowers that surround. A great place to begin and end your day....the focal point of the back yard, an expansive patio and built-in fire pit, surrounded by lush gardens, is the place to be once the sun sets!
